A Weekend Away in Denmark

This past weekend, Amanda and I went to Copenhagen. It was so beautiful and warm! The perfect weekend away from cloudy Edinburgh. If you're planning on visiting the capital of Denmark, June really is the perfect time. To really experience the city, you have  to rent a bike and take advantage of the huge bike lanes. Here's a few restaurants and landmarks you absolutely cannot miss: Our hostel had bike rentals available at really reasonable prices! The delicious nettle pizza at Bæst! BÆST - Guldbergsgade 29, 2200 Copenhagen N This amazing pizza restaurant is an absolute joy! It is so good we went twice (lol). Located in artsy Nørrebro, you can definitely gorge yourself on the most delicious wood-fire oven pizza and apps, then take a stroll around the neighborhood. I suggest going early or making a reservation; they get super busy, even on weekdays. Or pro-tip, go for lunch! They're usually way less busy, and you can take advantage of their awesome lunch...
